My tenant had been in place since July 2014 with ‘no issues’. I received a message from my neighbour to say my property was looking under the weather. Through sheer luck I was given Alicia’s details. Alicia from day 1 sorted my house. The tenant was given notice, the house repainted, the garden sorted and my house had been partially furnished and she sorted this so my house could be rented again. Alicia dealt efficiently and calmly with the Body Corp who did nothing but cause trouble. With new tenants in place Alicia took over the management of my property. I decided to sell my property as I live overseas. Within days Alicia had a buyer and the sale was completed. I can not recommend Alicia high enough. I am very grateful for everything.
