This is the second time Serg has sold a home owned by my mother, he again maintained professional but sympathetic approach with an elderly client. (And maintained contact with me as her support). He was active in the pursuit of a sale and provided feedback from the market which helped us make decisions that over a period of a few weeks led to a sale that was acceptable to us. Serg was ably assisted by James Flannery who also provided information and support to mum throughout the sales process, right up to calling in with flowers for her on moving day.
